We begin with a discovery call to understand your business, your current systems, and where things feel heavy or inefficient. This is also an opportunity for you to meet Alex and determine whether Calm Ops Collective is the right fit for your business
2. Assessment
Following our conversation, Alex reviews your operations, priorities, and immediate pressure points. This step allows us to identify where structured support will have the greatest impact.
3. Strategy & Scope
A tailored operational plan is prepared outlining the proposed support structure for the first 2–3 months. This includes priorities, communication rhythm, and the scope of work required to stabilise and support your operations.
4. Agreement
Once the scope is confirmed, a service agreement and retainer are finalised. This ensures expectations, deliverables, and working arrangements are clear from the outset.
5. Implementation
Work begins. Access to relevant systems and tools is provided, meetings are established, and operational support is integrated into your business. From here, Calm Ops functions as a trusted operational partner.
6. Review & Retainer
At the end of the initial engagement period, we review outcomes, priorities, and future needs. Many clients choose to continue under a 12-month retainer for ongoing operational support and stability.
